Have my lipoma removed for my wedding

I have a lipoma under my left arm that I have had a MRI scan on & thankfully is non cancerous, the NHS have refused to remove it as it's 'too large' & the only option I have is to go private

However I am getting married in June this year & would like to have it removed before then preferably, a consultation alone is £180! That is a lot of money to find when you have a wedding & honeymoon to pay for!

I'm not expecting much but I would love to be able to feel confident on my special day & not have to hide under anything to avoid embarrassment
