Havic's Amputation Recovery Fund

On September 1st 2017, my cousin said "I do", and married the woman he loves. They are currently waiting the arrival of a sweet baby boy, who is suppose to arrive in the next few weeks. On September 4th they got a call that would change their lives forever. It was every parents worst nightmare. Their oldest son (my cousin's step-son) had been in a horrific accident. Their soon to be three year old son was life flighted to Hershey Medical Center. The medical staff immediately amputated his left foot and struggled to stabilize him. Once he was stabilized the full damage was assessed. He will need the rest of his leg (below the knee) amputated. The surgery will be preformed in the next couple days. Thankfully he is now stable and out of immediate danger. He and his family have a long, hard, expensive road to recovery ahead of them.  I would like to ease some of that anxiety and pain with this gofundme. They have received resources from the Ronald McDonald House already, but there is only so much they can do. I have a three year old daughter and can not imagine her going through something so traumatic. And anyone who has a three year old can only imagine trying to keep one in a hospital bed 24/7 to recover...not fun! I will post updates as I get them. I know medical expenses (even with insurance) can pile up quickly, especially when you add missing work, traveling and hotels into the mix. Therefore I am setting the goal high. All donations will go straight to the family for his care, and expenses to stay with him during this tough time. Prayers are also appreciated. Thank you!
