Having a stroke financially sucks.

Donation protected
Hey guys and gals and everything in between. So if you didn't hear I had a stroke in spring of 2022 just right after I came back to California from Maryland. Well I had to stay in a hospital for awhile then they moved me to another hospital that looked like some straight up the shining stuff. Like an underfunded place where people on Medicaid technically have nurses around so they make sure you stay alive. Im there from about June 2022 to January 2023 and I mean it sucked and it was hard to deal with but if you know me it wasn't the toughest thing I've dealt with. The only reason I stayed was I needed to keep my Obamacare and get surgery and then recover. Well anyways I'm home now and I've been trying to get disability benefits but I just opened my mail and social security decided my claim didn't qualify for benefits. Never mind that I can't walk or see straight, somehow uncle Sam doesn't wanna help me in my time of need. If you know me you know that this was a last ditch effort and I would never do this unless I had to. So please help me out. I believe in people a lot more than I believe in the US government.
