HaxDogma's First Home (Closing Costs)

I'm buying my first home.

After 31 years, moving every two to four.

I'm a product of divorce, who grew up poor between Maryland and Texas. After years of saving, years of making videos, and years of your support... I have put away enough for a down payment. I do not have a large network of financial support. I do not have family with money to offer. I have one incredible realtor, and the sum of exchanging short-term happiness for long-term stability.

I'm ready to have a solid foundation, but need a little help to cover closing costs.
