Hayden's Stem Cell Transplant Fund
Hayden began his fight with Hodgkin's Lymphoma one year ago. Since then, he has been through 6 months of harsh chemo and immunotherapy, countless tests and scans, multiple doctors, and a lot of ups and downs.
Hayden's cancer is now considered refractory, meaning his initial treatment did not achieve remission. The cancer persists.
His hematologist from Memphis has now referred him to MD Anderson in Texas to begin the process of preparing for a Stem Cell Transplant to try again to cure him of this disease.
As you can imagine, the past year has not only been emotionally taxing but also financially difficult for his family. His GoFundMe from a year ago was very successful and made it possible for his mother to be by his side for every single appointment, as well as taking care of his needs while he was in treatment and recovering. This would not have been possible without all of you and is appreciated more than you could ever understand.
Unfortunately, Hayden was denied state medical coverage, and there is a huge out-of-pocket cost for the care that he still needs. His family simply cannot cover it after a year of expenses fighting this cancer. They could use your support once more to try again to rid him of this horrible disease.
