Hayes Family Fire

On April 20th, 2024, the Hayes family home caught fire. While the family Paula (mom), Jerry (dad), Ava (13), and Daya (9) are all safe and healthy, they lost everything. We are raising funds to help them purchase things such as household items, groceries, toiletries, and other basic life essentials.

Paula works at the Independence Police Department as Administrative Aid to the Chief. She is also an active community member, participating in groups such as Women for Kansas and the Tree House Early Learning Center Board. Jerry Hayes works for Precision Aviation and enjoys spending time with his family and taking his daughters Ava and Daya fishing. Ava is a very creative 13-year-old who enjoys art and loves to draw. Daya is an active 9-year-old who enjoys fishing with her dad and playing video games.
