Help Hayley move after her flat was flooded

I am asking for donations towards a deposit and first month's rent for alternative accommodation for Hayley after her flat has been flooded with water and sewage, making it unhabitable and ruining most of her belongings.

Hayley is now homeless as her flat is flooded and unsafe to be in. She has contacted her estate agent, landlord and environmental health (who can take 7 working days to visit the property) but as the leak is coming from the next door property which can't be accessed to repair the leak, until environmental health place an order on the property nothing can be done.

Hayley is currently staying between friends homes' but as she has her elderly pooch, Oliver and work in Little London, this isn't the best arrangement and can only be very short term.

The property is likely to need extensive repairs and be unhabitable for some time so Hayley is looking for alternate accommodation but needs to raise money for a deposit and first month's rent.

This wouldn't usually be a problem as Hayley is currently working but as she has recently had a month of work to recover from a hemiplegic migraine without sick pay, she doesn't have any funds available.

I'm hoping to raise enough money for her to secure a room or a flat to move in to ASAP, and if there are any donations over that it would be great if we could help her replace her belongings that have been ruined.
