Haynesworth Family

It is with incredible grief that I compose this message in support of our beloved Coach Long, a respected member of our El Paso high school coaching community. With disbelief, we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of her fiancé and father of their four-month-old son. Coach Jeniese Long’s fiancé, Jordan Haynesworth, worked for El Paso Water and unexpectedly passed away on Friday, April 26th in an accident at work. Recently, Jeniese gave birth to their beautiful baby boy Jiraiya Haynesworth on January 3rd, 2024. She had the privilege of enjoying her maternity leave and bonding with their baby boy. After this unexpected tragedy, she is now burdened with financially supporting herself and Jiraiya after using all of her personal days. Coach Long has been an integral member of our coaching community and has always devoted her life and time to her work and athletes.
