Haywood Sorey's motorcycle accident recovery fund

Hi everyone, my name is Sydney. My husband Haywood Sorey was in a serious motorcycle accident on the 20th of March. He sustained multiple contusions, fractures and broke his leg in seven different places. He has undergone one surgery to stabilize his leg and will go in for his next surgery on Monday the 25th. He may need additional surgeries but we will not know until after Monday. He then will start his road to recovery. He is currently in Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News.

He is a great father and the hardest worker I know. This has devastated our family and we are so grateful that he is still here. As a result of this tragic accident, he is facing a long and challenging road to recovery. After his surgeries he will require ongoing medical care, physical therapy, and rehabilitation. We are raising money for these expenses and to help ease the financial burden for our family of 7 during his recovery. I am a stay at home mother of our 5 children and will be Haywoods full time caregiver during his recovery. We are grateful for all the support and love shown the past few days. We want to thank everyone who has reached out and came by to check on him. We appreciate any help!
