Help Mom continue to transition back home.

Hi, my name is Tracy Cruze and I’m raising funds to help my mom get out of the nursing home.

On December 18, 2023, Mom suffered a stroke. She spent close to a month at St. Luke’s Hospital before being transferred to Heritage Manor where she was to receive extensive Speech, Physical, and Occupational Therapy.

As of July 1, 2024 Mom had to be hospitalized only to find out that she has COPD, lung nodules, & severe protein calorie malnutrition amongst other health issues. A week later, she was admitted back into the nursing home for rehab once again due to her body weakening. Hopefully, she’ll be able to come home in a few weeks.

Unfortunately, there are expenses, adaptive equipment, undergarments, etc. She can’t sleep flat so we are hoping to perhaps get a recliner, she also needs a high protein, dairy rich, heart healthy diet.
