Jim’s Retirement Collection

Many of you know our beloved Jim Peebles, who cleans the streets of Leslie is retiring at the start of the summer.

As a community, I feel we need to give him an amazing send off as if your lucky to know Jim, you know he goes above and beyond to help make the streets of Leslie the cleanest they can be.

We plan to organise a retirement party for Jim at the Station Hotel from the community and hope many of you will pop along and say your fairwells. We would love to shower him with cards and gifts to show him that we have sincerely appreciated his efforts over the last ten years or so.

I’m hoping to run a collection, for anyone who wishes to contribute to a gift for Jim.

For those that wish to donate online, I sincerely appreciate your kindness and I know Jim will too.

In person collection points will be available in Leslie, locations to be confirmed.
