Hi HCC Family! A few years ago HCC discontinued athletic department volleyball camps, which was where 85% of their fundraising came from. Gary, Danielle, and Mada are working on finding new avenues to raise the money needed to give these girls the same experience that all of us had. Coach Gary has pledged to secure a match for the first$1000 raised!!! As most of you know HCC Volleyball always tries to make the girls' two years more than just about volleyball. We all remember raising money as best as we could for our food, scholarships, and team bonding. Whether it was reffing, laying sportcourt, or coaching club kids, we all did something to give back. (Let me clarify that they will continue to lay sportcourt). Now that we have lived through it, I was thinking we could do our part to give back to this amazing program that has left a mark on all of our lives! All of the money raised will go directly towards the current players' team bonding and food shopping! Howl-O-Scream and kayaking are still some of their favorites and we all know it takes a village to feed these girls! Hoping just a little from all of us can go a long way!
