#MOVEFORCHANGE

There has been much conversation amongst many over the last week, a lot of the same thoughts have been shared for years and decades; and yet, here we are. I wanted to figure out a way to put my actions into play, and the time is NOW.

While thinking during my runs over the last few days, I came up with the idea of Donating $1 dollar per Kilometre that I run to a different Charity or Non-for Profit each month until the end of the year. These Charities and Non-for Profits will mainly support BIPOC

I challenge you all to join me and #MOVEFORCHANGE. Whether it be running, biking, walking, rollerblading, etc... how you choose to #MOVEFORCHANGE is up to you. If you are fortunate enough to do the same as me, support this initiative by donating $1 per Kilometre you move. At the end of each month, I will donate the sum to the Charity or Non-for-Profit of choice.
