Support for Jack

We are devastated to share that Jack passed away during the early morning hours of October 11th, surrounded by his loving Mom & Dad. In his 22 months of life, Jack fought a very courageous battle and smiled through it all. He touched countless lives, and his story of bravery & perseverance impacted so many. Our hearts are broken and we hope to help ease some of the financial burden of burial costs, hospital bills, and time off work for Jack’s parents, Scott & Jessica. From the bottom of our hearts we thank everyone for the love, support, & prayers given for the Broadway Family. They feel it, & are incredibly grateful.

Hi, we are Jack’s aunts - Ali, Mackenna, and Christie, and we’ve built this Go Fund Me in support of our nephew Jack, and his amazing family. Jack was recently diagnosed with Leigh Syndrome, which has already greatly impacted his quality of life, and will unfortunately impact his life expectancy. Jack has spent an immense part of his short life in the hospital, and we want to help financially support their family during this very difficult time. Jack, Scott, Jessica, and Logan have been so strong through this - so PLEASE help us rally around them through this unimaginable diagnosis.
