Head on collision on 1-40 !!!!! Please help ! T.k

On January 20,2022 at around 5 pm ! A accident happened on l-40 west guilford county a wrong way driver was seen driving on the wrong way of the highway many drivers try to give pearlie Mae Williams 69 years old signals that she was on the wrong side of the highway !!! There was no success as she still kept driving and hit Jose Gonzalez who was traveling with he’s son and he’s mother… Jose is still Fighting for hes life!! He still in critical condition with 4 ongoing surgeries!! Beside prayers the family is asking for any help they can get from the community anything will be very appreciated it.he’s 6
year old son is still recovering at home.

 

NC State Troopers say Pearlie Mae Williams, 69, of McLeansville was heading east in the westbound lanes of I-40 when she hit another driver head on, creating a chain reaction of crashes involving five other vehicles. Williams died at the scene.

 

The driver of the other vehicle and his son were taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries, according to authorities, another passenger in that vehicle had minor injuries.
