Miracle Max

Please pray for Aaron and Becca and their 11 year old son Max today.

A few days before Christmas, Max was in a tragic bonfire accident and suffered severe burns over the majority of his body and face.

Max is currently in an induced coma in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in Richmond, VA and will remain there for the foreseeable future. His doctors estimate it will be 2-4 months before he will be stable enough to begin physical therapy. It is going to be a long journey of procedures and surgeries for Max to start his road to recovery. He is fighting really hard through huge daily challenges.

It is hard to imagine the suffering his parents are enduring; they are the only ones able to be by his side during these hard times.

Sometimes the only way friends and family can help is to try to alleviate financial burdens. This gofundme seeks to raise money for living expenses and medical bills not covered by insurance. Hopefully it will allow Max’s parents to take more time off of work to be with him and their other two young children.

If you know the Skeen’s or Max, you know what a special kid he is and that he is going to be strong and make it through this even stronger. Any bit will help us reach our goal to give this gift to Max’s parents.
