Healing Casanova (traumatic wound-injury)
Donation protected
Hi! I’m Steph and I care a little too much for animals. My stray/feral baby (a cat I’ve been working to tame and take care of) has come home hurt. I started calling him Casanova when he showed up months ago to my apartment trying to flirt with all the lady cats in the area. At first, I thought the injury was only an abrasion on his foot, but after days of getting it cleaned, the bone of one of his toes is exposed. I’ve tried getting him to the vet multiple times but getting a feral cat to the vet is harder than I imagined. He will most likely need to get his toe amputated. I’ve found a few mobile vet services that can do this, but it is very expensive. I already have other pets so I really do not have the money to do the procedure. However, he really needs help. Anything will help us. I know this isn’t the best time for everyone money-wise, and I wish I didn’t have to ask.
