As most of you know, in November 2019 I was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. It’s been a lot to take in, and thankfully I’ve been blessed and surrounded by an outpouring of love and support from my wonderful family, close friends, and community.  

I have some tough days but mostly I’ve surprised myself, trusting that I’m healing physically , emotionally and spiritually. .  The treatments, both conventional and complimentary, seem to be agreeing with me and all the tumours have already significantly reduced in size and activity.Yay!! I dearly want to continue this trend. 

 After my diagnosis I radically reduced my patient numbers, and just last week, being high risk for Covid19 I stopped work entirely.  I now find myself in a position where  it’s getting really tough financially to continue these complimentary treatments that are working so well; I simply don’t have the funds alongside basic living expenses. At the moment I’m relying on Sickness benefits and the generosity of a handful of dear friends.

The people closest to me have supported and encouraged this fundraising venture and say that by doing this there may be some out there who are unaware of what’s been going on for me and who may be able and delighted to contribute.

I’m acutely aware that this is a tough and uncertain time for all of us, so please don’t feel obliged, but if you’re in a position to help me out, even in a small way, I’d be immensely grateful- every little bit counts.
