It’s time to stand up against the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator ‘ selective enforcement’ it’s dangerous for all road users. Disrespectful to truck drivers. Laws don’t discriminate corruption does. Facts are NHVR has deliberately ignored safety violations = corruption by intent.

In Australia approx. 200 truck drivers are killed annually

When I reported serious safety violations against South Australian freight forwarding company Express Cargo Services (ECS), I did it to save truck drivers’ lives.

Despite being the safety manager for ECS my complaints were ignored by the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator.

As a consequence, I have been bullied and threatened by the very people who are supposed to protect me. But I won’t go down without a fight.

Australia’s leading whistleblowers are supporting me including Troy Stolz, Jeff Morris, David McBride and community campaign Justice Matters.

I have been unjustly threatened with jail

Justice Kourakis has found me in contempt and has threatened me with jail for reporting the safety violations to three companies that ECS worked for. When COR laws have been ignored by court and my rights violated by SA Court.

Since ECS worked for these companies, and I was the safety manager for ECS, then I was legally obligated to report the safety violations to the three companies, under the National Heavy Vehicle Law Act, the Workplace Safety Act, the Australian Constitution Act and confirmed by Supreme Court Judges Chris Bleby and Jeremy Doyle.

Justice Kourakis himself has committed a criminal offence

It is incomprehensible to me why Justice Kourakis has ignored all of the above legislation, to find me guilty of contempt, when lawyers are stating ‘they are guilty of contempt’ By ignoring the legislation Justice Kourakis himself has committed a criminal offence.

We are considering taking out a private criminal prosecution against Justice Kourakis for perverting the course of justice, accessory after the fact, conspiracy and violating the safety and Whistleblower Act.

Its believed Justice Kourakis intends putting me in jail, even though I have done nothing wrong, which he has been accused of previously by Channel Nine reporter Liz Hayes.

I lodged a complaint about Justice Kourakis to South Australia Attorney General Kyam Maher but he dismissed it, which is also a criminal offence.

By dismissing my complaint about Justice Kourakis, the Attorney General has abused public trust and ignored criminal offences, which is in itself a criminal offence.

We intend taking out a private criminal prosecution against the attorney general for perverting the course of justice, accessory after the fact, conspiracy and violating the Whistleblower Act.

Prosecuting officials from NHVR & ASIC

Officials from NHVR and ASIC have repeatedly ignored my complaints. They have abused public trust and ignored criminal offences, which is also a criminal offence.

We intend taking out private criminal prosecutions against officials from NHVR & ASIC for perverting the course of justice, accessory after the fact, conspiracy and violating safety and Whistleblower Act.

Justice Chris Kourakis has threatened me with jail

Justice Chris Kourakis has found me guilty of contempt and has threatened me with jail because I reported serious safety violations to three other companies that ECS worked for.

I was legally obligated to report the safety violations to the companies because ECS carried out work for them, and I was the safety manager for ECS.

As confirmed by Section 26 National Heavy Vehicle Law Act 2013, Section 14 Workplace Safety Act 2012, Section 109 Australian Constitution Act and by Supreme Court Judges Chris Bleby and Jeremy Doyle.

Serious questions already raised about Justice Kourakis

Justice Kourakis was exposed by Channel Nine reporter Liz Hayes for knowingly using an unqualified forensic pathologist, which put innocent people in jail.

Given the serious questions already raised about Justice Kourakis, I believe he intends putting me in jail, even though I am innocent.

Since Kourakis has already been accused, on national television, of putting innocent people in jail, it is incomprehensible that Attorney General Kyam Maher has ignored my complaints, and there is no question that he has abused public trust and should be prosecuted.

Justice Kourakis did not declare a conflict of interest

David Elix is the lawyer for ECS, and during the hearings he threatened my daughter, which made me suspicious, so I did some research. David Elix has been blackmailing me for years and SA Court continues to ignore the evidence of blackmail. David Elix has allegedly been involved in obstruction and perverting justice and covering up drivers working 26 days straight and zero safety audits on subcontractors.

Incredibly, I found an online photo of David Elix drinking wine with Justice Kourakis.

The photo was taken at David Elix’s practice opening. Therefore, it was a private function, they did not simply bump into each other at the same public location.

Justice Kourakis did not declare his relationship with David Elix at the commencement of the hearings, as I believe he should have, and when I showed him the photo, he dismissed it.

Justice Kourakis appointed himself to my case

Justice Kourakis appointed himself to take over my case, and I have serious questions about his reasons for doing so.

How funds will be used

Donated funds will be used to investigate and prosecute politicians, bureaucrats and members of the judicial system who have abused public trust by ignoring matters related to my complaints, truck drivers’ safety and other whistleblower’ matters. SA Court has covered up facts of huge safety violations and risks to everyone on our roads.
