Healthcare and utility help please

I was laid off due to COVID financial cutbacks and have since lost my health insurance and cell phone service. I need medication for my extremely high blood pressure (among other things) and a phone to set appointments (telemedicine or in person) and to look for work. I know everyone is struggling, so anything you can do is greatly appreciated!
