healthy food and more during chemo and radiation

Hi -

It's Bill & Karen. We're starting this campaign to help my sister, Catharine Victorson, through a rough time.

Catharine is currently battling a recurrence of breast cancer that has metastasized into her lymphatic system.

Most of the nodes were removed via surgery but one in her neck was inoperable due to its proximity to a major vein. That node will be treated with chemo and radiation over the summer months and into the fall.

In addition to this, Catharine's cognitive difficulties, resulting from a heart death about 7 years ago, adds to this stressful time making it difficult to manage everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, & managing the complex needs that arise during chemotherapy.

The purpose of this campaign is to raise funds so healthy prepared food can be delivered to Catharine to optimize her recovery and remove the stress of shopping and cooking nutritious food for herself.

We hope you can join us in helping to fund the purchase of up to 15 weeks of food for deliveries while Catharine is undergoing treatments that may leave her feeling drained, sick, and stressed.
