Heaple for Ukrainian Refugees

Over 1.5 million Ukrainians have been forced to flee their homes because of the war inflicted upon Ukraine by Russia. As Heaple, I'd love for us to come together and support these people however we can. In addition, Heap is matching up to $10,000 for this fundraiser, so any donation will have a 2x impact.

I selected Hope for Ukraine because they scored 90/100 on Charity Navigator and have a presence helping the most impoverished Ukrainians over the past 8 years. Below is their own description of their work.

More information about Hope for Ukraine Inc: Our purpose is to serve individuals and families of the poorest communities in Ukraine. Provide support and rehabilitation for wounded soldiers that return home from Eastern Ukraine conflict zone. We are dedicated to improving quality of life of poor children and youth by providing basic necessities, critical benefits and services, programs that support long-term development and opportunities that prepare them for success. We were founded out of a need to raise awareness for voices not heard. We have continued to make a difference with the help of our donors and volunteers that make our mission possible. Through all these years our purpose remains the same: advocate change through action.
