Hear the legendary plasma speakers at AXPONA 2023

Update 4/17/23: The show was a big success! Dr. Alan Hill and his family came to the show on Saturday and everyone in the listening room got to meet him. He and his wife Carol were extremely happy to see the speakers being shown again. Thank you all who supported this endeavor!

Hello, my name is Tony Salsich, and I worked for Alan Hill way back in the late 70s and 80s when we sold the Hill Type I Plasma speakers. Alan's invention has no moving mass and sounds like no other tweeter. After many decades, I have finally found the time to resurrect my pair and would like to show them at AXPONA 2023 next April. This high-end audio expo held in the Chicago area is open to everyone. I want to do this because audiophiles have not been able to hear Alan's brilliant creation for too long, and Alan deserves renewed recognition. The problem for me is that the various fees (e.g., $4500 for an audition room) are beyond my budget. Won't you please help? And please come to AXPONA to experience these fantastic tweeters for yourself.

My system is not as pictured below - I have updated the power supplies and the class-A amplifiers with modern (and available) components, but rest assured, they sound fantastic. Thank you!
