Heart Ablation Surgery Expenses

Matt Mcgill is an EMT, Firefighter, and First Responder for Gibson County. He loves his community and proudly volunteers his time for all of us.

Matt has recently been diagnosed with A-Fib and possibly SVT. 2 months ago, Matt went to the ER with an extremely high heart rate. He was placed on a heart monitor and medication to evaluate and help elevate the symptoms. He was referred to see a Cardiologist at Vanderbilt. On May 2nd, he is scheduled to undergo an exploratory procedure to fix the A-Fib and determine if SVT is present also. This will be a 4 hour surgery. They will preform an ablation and also explore his heart at the same time.

Matt has occurred a lot of medical expenses in a short period of time and there are many more expenses to come. He will be unable to work for awhile after the surgery so that his body has time to recover. He selflessly gives to his community every day, so let's help him in his time of need.
