Heart & Kidney Transplant

Hi, my name is Charmaine Lambert and I am raising money for my husband Jefferson Lambert’s heart and kidney transplant. Jefferson has been battling a heart disease for the last 15 years. He has been fighting for the last 15 years to stay strong and to keep his heart healthy. Unfortunately, his heart has now gotten to a place that it no longer wants to pump blood to the stomach, kidneys and brain. I am asking that you give support to help give this loving father of three children an opportunity to live a full life! He has given of himself to his family, church and community!
