Heart of Hannah Memorial Fund

**UPDATE**

We would like to announce that Hannah is an organ donor. We understood that Hannah would be transported today to Portland to undergo organ transplant surgery, but before the surgery she was to be honored in an Honor Walk to thank her for her generous contribution to help save the lives of others. In a beautiful turn of events, there is a person in desperate need of a heart that just happens to be a perfect match and in Medford! So, Hannah's Honor Walk will now happen in Medford where her family can attend and our girl will save her 1st life at 5:00 pm this very day!

We want to thank all of you not only for your generous monetary contributions to this fund, but just as much for your offer of sweet prayers, your beautiful good vibes and your overall sweet spirits that honor our Hannah

We are unspeakably saddened to announce that God has called one of his most precious and beautiful daughters, Hannah Peterson home to Heaven.

While we would never be prepared for our beautiful daughter, loyal sister, incredible wife, absolutely immovable mother, and irreplaceable friend to leave us, Hannah started her journey on July 15, 2023 and arrived at her forever home on July 18, 2023.

We are overwhelmed and deeply touched by the the fact that Hannah is loved by more than there are stars in the sky. We completely and respectfully understand that there are many questions as this is a tremendous shock not only to her family, but to an entire community.

We are asking for any help that may be feasible for you at this time to help with day to day living expenses, funeral costs and to help far reaching family members make their way to pay their respects. No amount is too small. However, we ask that no one, in no way put themselves in a tough spot financially in an effort to help with this fundraiser as Hannah would not want anyone to harm themselves in any way to help any cause in her name.
