Medical Bills

February 25, 2017, Mike had his first heart attack. Over the past year and a half as this is being written he has experienced a myriad of cardiac issues.  He underwent a procedure to get a pacemaker, which the lower half of his heart will not beat properly without. He also has been diagnosed with AFib, some aortic blockage, severe triscuspid valve regurgitation, Right Ventricle failure, and a weak right side of his heart.  He has been diagnosed with progressing heart failure.  All caused by the radiation he was exposed to when he had Non Hodgkins Lymphoma. Doctors have ordered him to stay out of work to avoid any further complications. In addition to this, he is no longer able to carry his 3 year old son or do any moderately heavy lifting (nothing over 25 pounds). Recently, he underwent a stress test that will allow a better insight to the trauma on his heart. Being in and out of the hospital has taken a dramatic toll on my family's financial situation. There has been no insurance and everything since the beginning has been out of pocket.  With the mounting bills from doctors, medications, hospital stays and the cost of day to day life there is a need to ask for help.
