Dear Kind-hearted individuals,

My name is Affiong - Imaobong Anwana and I write to you today with a plea for help. I have been battling with high blood pressure for over 16 years, and despite being on several medications, the condition has resulted in severe numbness, palpitations, and pains that have made it difficult for me to live a normal life.

In 2020, my condition worsened, I had slumped and was rushed to the hospital where I was told that my heart was failing. After undergoing several tests, including an ECG, Cardio Angiogram, and others, I was diagnosed with Aorta Aneurysm, a condition that requires an urgent and complex surgery called Bentall Procedure.

The medical reports show that this surgery is high-risk and requires urgent attention. Unfortunately, the cost of the procedure is beyond what I can afford, coupled with preceding health costs my family has had to deal with in the last 2 years specifically. The estimated cost of the surgery is around 15 million, and I do not have the financial resources to cover this expense.

Therefore, I am reaching out to you for help. I am humbly requesting your support in making this surgery possible. Your kind donations will go a long way in saving my life and allowing me to live a healthier, more fulfilling life.
