Hearts for Gracelyn

Hi, my name is Megan, I’m doing this fundraiser to raise money for Gracelyn and her Family. As most of you know…… Gracelyn was born with double outlet right ventricle and pulmonary artresia. She’s had 3 open heart surgeries and will be having her 4th to do a pulmonary artery augmentation and will be placing a conduit in her heart and closing her vsd. She will be in Boston for probably up to 3 weeks.

Donations will be used for medical expenses, hotel, travel and food.
