UPDATE 1.8.24

Hi all. It’s been over a month since I’ve posted an update with our dad. We had hoped to have him home for Christmas but he’s still currently in the hospital. He’s doing well & thanking God for His healing. Thank you everyone that continues to pray for him, they are truly appreciated. If you feel led to donate, please do. Times are getting hard now that my parents are short of an income. Any amount is appreciated & not too small. We thank you all.

UPDATE 12.4.23 

Just wanted to give an update on our dad. He is still currently in the hospital recovering from a heart attack last month. Unfortunately, recovery is taking a little longer than expected. We know many are concerned & thinking of him. We appreciate everyone’s donations so far & the many prayers, but we do still need more donations to help my family during this difficult time. Please continue to pray for his healing. Doctors are hoping he’ll continue to improve & be home in time for Christmas.

Earlier this month, our dad, Enrique “Rick” Avila, Jr, had a heart attack and had to be hospitalized. As many people know, he is very hard working and looks out for his family, his main priority. He is a father, husband, and grandfather all in one, and a man many wish to have in their lives. He is kind, helpful, selfless, and most of all, very loved.

At this time while he’s hospitalized, we are in need of financial assistance in all areas. Rick, as many call him, is the main financial provider for his family. We would like for him to rest and not worry about anything financially related. We want to take that burden from him. He has done so much for us. We want to do the same for him, but we need all the help we can get. We are unsure when he will be able to go back to work.

We are asking those wanting to help donate to share the link with others. We want to reach our goal, but anything is helpful.
