Heartstrings & Harmonies: A Benefit Bash for Jim Dotson

Dear Friends, Family, and Music Lovers,

We are reaching out to you today with a heartfelt plea on behalf of our dear friend and cherished community musician, Jim Dotson. Recently, Jim underwent emergency open-heart surgery—a life-saving procedure that has left him facing a mountain of medical bills and a long road to recovery. As he has given us countless memories with his music, it’s now our turn to give back.

Why We Need Your Help

Music has always been Jim’s lifeblood, bringing joy and harmony to every venue he’s played. Now, as he faces one of his toughest challenges yet, Jim needs more than just medical care; he needs the support of his community to help him through this unforeseen hardship.

What We’re Doing to Help

We’re hosting a day filled with music, love, and support at Jenks on May 29th. Let’s make your "dead presidents ROCK" and truly show what they’re worth by supporting Jim in his time of need.

3:30 - 4:00 PM: Melodic moments with Katy Robinson

4:00 - 4:30 PM: Open Mic, featuring the talented Ralph Obert (*)

4:30 - 5:00 PM: Solo set by Guy Pernetti

5:00 - 5:30 PM: Jam session with Mike Lenz (+)

5:30 - 6:15 PM: Rye Valley takes the stage

6:15 - 7:00 PM: Encore performance by Mike Lenz
