UPDATE - thank you everyone who has helped to make this time easier. Your outpouring of love and kindness has been amazing.

My beautiful sister passed away unexpectedly in her home Sunday January 7 leaving behind two children who she loved more than anything in the world. Anyone who knew Heather will tell you that her infectious energy and smile would light up any room she entered. She found joy in watching her children grow and nourishing relationships with those close to her. Since her passing, the ache in all of our hearts and the feeling of loss has been great.

I’m raising funds to help with her final arrangements and anything that remains will be sent to her children to help cover their immediate needs. On behalf of the family, thank you and please continue to share stories about Heather with us.
