Remembering Heather Gallagher

Heather Booden Gallagher was taken from us suddenly on December 30, 2022. She leaves behind her husband (Tom), three sons (Ben, Henry and Sam) and a host of family and friends.

In honor of Heather, we are hoping to raise money for the family, specifically the boys future. Please consider donating.

:: A little about Heather ::

Heather loved her family fiercely. Her husband and sons were the loves of her life and she would move mountains for them. Her extended family also meant so much to her as well, no matter the distance!!

Heather was a true activist. She was the first to donate, sign petitions, attend marches. If someone needed a voice, she was it.... and she wasn't afraid to say what was needed to be said!!! She was also a founding member of a local advocacy group... her heart just never stopped giving to others.

What kind of friend was Heather? Well, that part is easy for me to capture because she was my friend. You can't find a better one, I'll tell you that. If you needed to have a drink and vent, Heather was your girl. She was an amazing listener, personal cheerleader, and the most thoughtful person. I am a better person because of her influence.

Heather was so many things- a wonderful wife, amazing mother, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, activist, warrior... How exactly do you tell the story of such an incredible person? I've been sitting in front of this screen for quite some time, but the words don't seem to do Heather justice. I know I'm missing so much. Please share your stories about Heather, I know the family would love to see them.

I will share information for services as soon as they are available. I do know that Heather wanted her services followed by a true Irish wake... no grief, just a celebration of life. And if anyone deserves a celebration, it's Heather Gallagher.
