Dear friends and community,

We come to you with heavy hearts and a sense of urgency. Our beloved friend, Heather Conwell, suffered a stroke on March 6, 2024 and has been courageously fighting for her life ever since. Despite the efforts of the medical team, Heather's condition has not improved, and her family faces the difficult decision of letting her go.

Heather, at 51 years old, has always been a giver, and even in this dire situation, she continues to give hope through her decision to be an organ donor. As her family prepares for the arrangements ahead, they are burdened not only with the emotional toll but also the financial strain that comes with it.

We humbly ask for your support during this trying time. Your donations will directly assist Heather's father, Joel, and dear friend, Jessica, in handling the arrangements and ensuring that Heather's wishes are honored with dignity and respect.
