Heather Leigh Slapak

I am writing to let you know about Heather's loss; she suddenly passed on November 17th. She will be cremated, and I will have a Memorial within the next couple of weeks. There will be a post on Facebook with those details to come.

Heather has touched so many lives; has created many cherished memories in each of our lives.

Heather leaves behind four children, Alyssa (Eric), Damien, Joey & Leah & 1 grandchild, Austin. To honor her memory, I would like to see Heather's remains given to her children as an ornamental gift and for her to receive a proper burial. Due to the sudden nature of Heather's passing, we have been unable to prepare financially.
