Kim Roberts

My mom Kim Roberts had open heart surgery on August 27. A couple days later on August 30th they placed a pace maker in. She was doing good and got to go home. On Saturday September 10th she started not feeling so well. Sunday my dad took her to the ER due to her blood pressure and oxygen being too low. At that time they found out that she had fluid in her lungs and on her heart. The Doctors made the decision to life flighted her to Missoula.

Missoula Doctors confirmed the fluids and put her on 24hr dialysis to help get rid of the fluid and blood infection. While it was helping for the most part the fluid was not leaving her heart. They decided to surgically removed the fluid from her heart. My mom has had one problem and procedure back to back. She is now incubated and had another surgery to remove part of her colon.

So far today they have not seen any improvement. The hard part is the sitting and waiting. I am asking for help to keep my Dad there by her side. They are stronger together. Anything will help.
