Heather's Battle with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma

As many of you know, Heather has been battling health issues for several years now. On August 3, 2023, Heather was diagnosed with Stage 3 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma after performing a biopsy of the lymph node under her arm. On Wednesday, August 9, 2023, they took a sample of her bone marrow to determine how far the Hodgkin’s Lymphoma has affected the bone density. On Monday, August 14, 2023, they will place the port for her to begin 6 months of chemo treatments starting on Monday, August 21, 2023.

Heather has had significant weight loss, weighing only 94 lbs, she is constantly itchy, struggling with nausea, low iron levels and fatigued. She is struggling to pay for co-pays and deductibles to continue treatment and necessary tests from CT scans, MRIs, continual surgeries and future PET scans. The most important thing for Heather right now is to focus on her health, get lots of rest, and eat healthy. Any donation will help her meet her goal and eliminate the stress of this financial burden.

Heather and her family never imagined that at the age of 22, she would be going through something like this. She has a long journey ahead, but she knows the love and prayers from all of you will help guide her to recovery.

The proceeds from this page will go directly towards all of Heather's medical bills, as they are starting to become very expensive and this is only the beginning.
