Heather's car was stolen and totalled in police pursuit

Update 7/19... FHP has released the vehicle to Heather and then she released it to her insurance company. They are only giving her $8200 which leaves $3400 left on the loan. We still need help raising money for a down payment for her to get a new car. We appreciate every donation and share!
Update ... there have been a lot of comments about insurance. She has full coverage insurance but the car didn't qualify for gap. The insurance company will give her fair market value but that doesn't cover the entire loan. She has the option of rolling over the loan on to a new car but it still requires a down payment. Thank you to everyone who shares or donates Heather and her 3 kids appreciate every bit of it!
Hello, my name is Seleya and I am asking everybody to either donate or share my sisters story so we can hopefully help her get a new car after her new car was stolen.
On April 30th I got a frantic call because Heather was in a car accident picking her son up from school. The damages looked minor but they totalled out her car and cut her a small check. Well she went a picked out a new car and put all the money down on a new/used nissan altima and we thought everything was good from there.
Fast forward to Monday June 17th just 4 days after making her first car payment they woke up to her new car stolen. The police were called and a report was taken. We all drove around and searched I even used her spare key to see if I could set the alarm off with no luck.
Last night June 21st Heather tagged me in a Facebook post about a horrible accident involving what looked like her stolen car and a Florida state trooper. It was confirmed Her new car is totalled. Leaving her with no car or money to get a new one. Insurance is only going to cover the value of the car and let her roll over the remaining amount on to a new loan but they require another down payment. I am asking for help to take some financial stress off of her as this is just a horrible situation to be in.
