Heather's Family Needs Your Help

Asking for help does not come easy for me but I am desperate and so here I am asking.

My name is Heather and I have found myself in an unimaginable situation. In September of 2024 my husband of 19 years and the father of my four children was arrested and charged with child molestation of one of our children. I have been a stay at home mom for the majority of our 20 years together. At the time of his arrest he was the sole provider of our family. He left us one paycheck away from homeless. I have exhausted all finacial resources keeping us afloat until I was able to gain employment. I thought I had time to prepare finacially for the cost of a divorce, as he was sentenced to 10 years, 5 to be served in prison. Unfortunately he was given an EPD of May of next year and I am in desperate need of legal counsel. I need to be divorced and have all the protective measures for my children in place through the court prior to his release. I am asking for your help. Any amount that you are able to give towards the retainer fee will be greatly appreciated. OR if you or someone you know can offer me legal advice or help in filling out the required documents for a Contested Divorce in Georgia with Minor Children and filing them, that would be very much appreciated. My children and I will be grateful for anything you are able to do!
