Our son Jeffrey Chernoff passed away peacefully on July 31. He was 43 years old. Twenty nine year addiction , and a tragically hard life , led to his death. The only happiness he had was his beloved, cherished daughter Heaven. Jeffrey was never able to provide for his daughter. All funds raised would go directly to Heaven,. Heaven works so hard .
