Heidi Chapman’s funeral expenses.

Hi my name is Jaclyn and I’m fundraising for a dear friend, Heidi Chapman, and her family. Heidi recently went through a heart transplant surgery, and spent about 6 weeks in the ICU. Due to complications she passed on Friday September 1st, surrounded by her family.
