Heidi Flanders and Family

Please help the Gentle Giant and his family. On Saturday May 20th Neil tragically lost his life in a Rock Crawling accident. Neil was a giant of a man and the gentlest of souls with a heart to match. When Neil was 5 years old his grandfather took him Rock Crawling in his Willys . That created a lifelong love for Rock Crawling. Heidi always joked that Rock Crawling was Neil's first love; however, when anyone saw Neil and Heidi together there was no doubt his first love was her. They had a once in a lifetime connection. Neil introduced Heidi to Rock Crawling in the same way his grandfather introduced him, in the same Willys on the same trail. That was the beginning of many amazing Rock Crawling adventures for them. Neil had an infectious smile that could light up any room and was the kindest soul of any person you could ever meet. He was always willing to help anyone and never asked for anything in return. Neil was a Truckee Native growing up in Glenshire and still resided there . He also graduated Truckee High School. Neil was also the main provider for his family. I am collecting donations to help Heidi and his family for the unexpected cost of his celebration of life and any other costs she will have. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank You.
