Heidi Montgomery Medd's Cancer Expenses

Hi, my name is Holly Sams, and I am the daughter of Heidi Montgomery Medd. In December of 2021, my sweet mommy was diagnosed with stage four lymphoma and leukemia. My mom has been doing inpatient and outpatient chemo treatments at St. Francis Hospital and Rush Memorial Hospital. My mom will continue chemo until they find a match for the bone marrow transplant needed to save her life.

Any funds raised will go towards my mom's hospital bills, chemo treatments, gas and meals for her and her husband, my step-dad Scott, and anything else they need help with. Scott has missed several days/weeks of work transferring my mom to and from chemo treatments/hospital stays.

My dad, JD Sams, will be hosting a cancer benefit for my mom on May 20th, which is also her birthday, at the Elks Lodge in Rushville, Indiana. More details to come about the benefit!
