Heidi's Kidney Transplant

Hi everyone, Courtney here. I am making this go fund me for my best friend, Heidi. Heidi found out on Wednesday, April 7th that she has kidney failure due to her long battle with diabetes and high blood pressure. The doctors monitored her blood pressure and brought it down, however, with further testing found out that she has stage 4 kidney disease. Her kidney's are only functioning at 20%. The doctors told her to start looking for friends or family that would be willing to give her one of their kidneys. So, in the (hopefully) very near future, she will have to go in for a kidney transplant. I am creating this go fund me page in hopes to raise some money for the procedure and the long recovery ahead after it to help her husband, victor, out with the house expenses, her medications, the kids, the medical bills, etc. 

I am also asking everyone to contact her if you would like to be added to the list to donate a kidney (if you don't know her it's ok to contact me, i will let her know). We are not sure how the transplant part works yet she has an appointment with her nephrologist on April 23rd to find out more. If you are willing let us know and we will update you on the procedure.
