Dear friends,

We urgently seek your support for our dear friends, Aaron and Michele Heil, who recently endured a tragic house fire on the morning of December 30th, on Hourglass Ct in Raleigh, NC. This devastating incident resulted in the loss of not only their belongings but also their beloved cat, Jack. Michele displayed incredible courage by leaping from a second-story window to save her life, but unfortunately, she suffered a broken back and other broken bones in the process.

Adding to the gravity of the situation, Aaron's mother, Cindy, who was visiting at the time, sustained life-threatening burns of 65% of her body and is currently in the ICU burn unit, relying on life support. Tragically, Cindy also lost her cherished puppy in the fire. The path to recovery and rebuilding for Aaron, Michele, and Cindy will undoubtedly be long and challenging.
