Heimbecker Cup

Hello Everybody! The Heimbecker Cup is an annual charitable hockey game where undergraduate students play against their TA’s (graduate students) and professors. The primary purpose of this event is to raise awareness for domestic violence in the name of Joan Heimbecker, who was a Kinesiology graduate student who fell victim to domestic violence in 1994. Money raised at this event will be used to support local women shelters that offer a range of services and resources needed by women to start a new safe life for themselves and their children. That being said, any donations would be immensely appreciated! Thanks for your time!
