Help Shahed and her family

​My name is Shahed, a 22-year-old Palestinian girl who once dreamed of becoming an interior designer. I was studying interior design with so much passion, hoping to graduate and one day open my own studio — to create beauty in places burdened by pain. I’ve always believed that determination and hard work can lead to anything. But then, the war took everything from me.

In January 2024, my home was completely destroyed by an airstrike that hit our neighborhood. Since then, my family and I have been displaced more than 15 times, constantly searching for shelter, for privacy, for safety we can no longer find. We’ve been living in overcrowded, difficult conditions that strip away one’s sense of dignity and peace. My education came to a halt, my dreams faded before my eyes, and everything I had built began to crumble.

Today, I am asking for your help — not just for me, but for my family and our future. I need financial support to help rebuild our home, cover our daily needs amidst extreme inflation, and if the border opens, I plan to travel to continue my studies and pursue the future I still believe in. Your donations will go toward university tuition, study supplies, psychological support, and safe housing — all the things that were stolen from me, but which I still have hope to rebuild.”
