Helen needs a reliable car, and back-friendly work

Update: We are so excited! Helen received a $2000 donation to this effort outside of GoFundMe and we are seeing movement. We are beginning to look at cars and hope to have enough to purchase in the next three weeks. This is going to be a game changer for her. A couple updates - the car now needs to be 2012 or newer because this is the updated requirement for Lyft.

Hi, I'm Megan and I'm fundraising for my friend Helen. Helen is a very hard worker but suffers from immense back pain. She has had multiple surgeries to try to help. Her recent work has been doing Instacart, which is challenging with such intense back pain. She is eager to move into providing ride shares. However, her current car has a bad transmission, and she is without transportation. She does Instacart when she can borrow a car right now.

To move into providing rides through Uber/Lyft she needs a specific type of car...2006 or newer, working AC/heat and no visible scratches, etc. I'm trying to help her raise enough money to purchase this car so her quality of life can be improved, and her work can be more friendly to her back.
