‏My name is Mona, and I'm speaking to you from North Gaza, a place that has been deeply affected by ongoing conflict and hardship. Despite the relentless bombings and siege, I have chosen to remain here with my community, determined to make a difference despite the challenges we face.

‏My own home has been destroyed by airstrikes, and I have lost everything I own. But even amidst this devastation, I refuse to lose hope. It's been especially difficult as I've lost my entire family – my parents, siblings, and sister – to the violence. My brother has also been injured, adding to our pain and struggles.

‏However, I am committed to staying strong and helping those around me who are also suffering. Despite the destruction and suffering around us, I believe in the resilience and strength of the people of Gaza. By standing together and offering whatever help we can, we can begin to rebuild our lives and our community.
