58 year old asthmatic man on disability needs a new AC ASAP

I, Yamil Avivi, work for an organization serving Union County, NJ helping people on fixed income with legal housing matters. A 58 year old man with asthma is in desperate need of a new air conditioner in this July heatwave. So far, we have not been able to get funding from any local agencies. Please help!
